Playing music in the street for tips is an art form that has been around forever. It’s a tough gig though, as you have to be ready for some rejection – as people will often walk by and ignore your musical talent.
A Malaysian busker was having a particularly tough night. Nobody was paying him any attention, and he felt like calling it quits and going home. That was until he attracted a surprise audience from four unlikely music fans.
The hardworking singer had been out performing for hours, and he was just about ready to call it a night.
There was no point in wasting his time if nobody was going to appreciate his talent. But instead of giving up straight away he decided to try just one more song… and that’s when his furry fan club showed up!
The man’s friend, who uploaded a video of the cute scene to Facebook, said, “My friend had just finished busking on that night but not many people heard him sing. He was feeling upset, then he sits and relaxes and sings the song just for fun.”
The video shows four kittens walking up to the singer and getting a comfy front row seat to enjoy the show.
“Suddenly the kittens come and sit in front of him. It’s like [they] know his feeling and give him support.”
The cute kittens appear to be mesmerized by the music. They sit in front of the singer, eyes fixed on him, enjoying the performance. Their tiny heads even start bobbing to the beat!
The singer can’t believe his eyes, and starts laughing while continuing his performance. It’s so adorable!
