We’ve all come in contact with an adventurous little cat who disappears every day. Who knows where these feline furballs go but they always return each day when they’re hungry … maybe with a mouse in their mouths?
For a cat owner, it can be a tough decision deciding whether your cat should be an indoor cat or an outdoor cat. There are so many advantages and disadvantages to both.
For example, if you live in a crowded city, it can be a huge worry letting your cat go out for fear they may get lost or hit by a car.
For those who do let their cats venture out, it’s often good for the cat to be out where he can climb trees, hunt mice … and even come home with a letters attached to his collar.
This was the case for a cat in San Francisco who would disappear every day.
One day the cat returned home with a letter attached to her collar. The boyfriend of the cat’s owner posted the letter on the Reddit online forum .
Adventurous cat
According to Paw my gosh the cat’s name is Nala who, like most cats, likes to roam the streets at night.
After the letter was posted online almost 50,000 people have viewed it with hundreds commenting.
The note revealed where this adorable moggie was going every day:
“I don’t know who this cat belongs to, but she comes visits us every few weeks. She’ll meow outside our back door until we let her in, she winds herself around our back legs, walks around her house like its hers, waits around the fridge until my husband or I feed her baloney. She doesn’t like just cat food very much! We look forward to her visits. We lost our 21 year old cat this year.”
So nicely written, and so thoughtful that they let Nala’s owners know where she was going every night.
