Music star Pink fostering puppy on her tour, aiming to find him a forever home

Pink is one of the biggest pop stars in the world, and her concerts are always a major draw for fans. And now on her latest concert tour, she’s going to be joined by a very special guest: a shelter pup looking for a forever home.

The Grammy-winning superstar was in St. Paul, Minnesota last week for two shows on her North American tour, and contacted a local shelter called The Bond Between.

She asked about fostering a dog in their care, named Graham Cracker, taking him with her on her ongoing tour to help him get adopted.

“She’s taking Graham on the adventure of a lifetime with her and her family on tour, with the goal of helping him find his forever home by the end of it!” The Bond Between announced on social media.

“We brought him to her show, and we can already tell she’s falling for him,” they added.

Pink herself broke the news on stage during one of her recent shows, joking that the dog was backstage and “currently peeing all over my dressing room.”

“He’s gonna go on this big carnival adventure with us,” the “So What” singer told the crowd.

In a social media post Pink called Graham Cracker the “sweetest, gentlest boy to ever be born.” She wrote that the goal is to find the pup a forever home by November 20; the chosen adopters will be provided concert tickets and pick Graham up in Columbia, South Carolina.

But Pink also floated the idea that she might end up adopting the pup herself: “We’re probably gonna keep him. But this is the idea, so we’ll see where this goes,” she said during a concert.

It’s not the first time Pink has taken an adoptable shelter dog on the road with her; she did the same thing on two previous tours. In 2019, she even adopted a dog named Nash while on tour from the Nashville Humane Association.

Graham Cracker ended up in the shelter after a girl named Autumn found his mother in the woods of Vilonia, Arkansas, alone and struggling to care for her puppies, according to FOX 9.

The girl tried to care for the puppies on her own, but eventually her mother contacted Jak’s Second Chance Rescue Ranch, and later the dogs were taken in by The Bond Between. One of Graham Cracker’s brothers, named S’more, has also found a foster home.

From struggling to survive to going on the road with megastar Pink, it’s definitely been a rags to riches story for this little pup. “From a pile of fallen branches to backstage with a Pink, Graham is now getting the love and care he deserves, all while P!NK helps us spread the powerful message of fostering and adopting,” The Bond Between said.

What a heartwarming thing to do for a shelter pup in need of a home — thank you for always looking out for dogs, Pink! We know Graham Cracker will have a great time on the road and hope he finds a perfect forever home soon! ❤️
