Referred to as ‘the world’s cutest dog’ Boo the pomeranian dog has brought so much joy to people’s lives around the world.
This beautiful dog had his own Facebook page with 16 million followers, made TV appearances, and even released a book called “Boo – the life of the world’s cutest dog.”
But after some heart complications the poor pup passed away in his sleep at 12 years old. His owners said he started experiencing health problems the day his best friend died.

It was in 2017 that Boo lost his best friend, a dog called Buddy.
“We think his heart literally broke when Buddy left us,” his U.S. owners wrote on his official Facebook page.
The news has left his millions of fans reeling and his owners said they were heartbroken.
‘That rainbow bridge’
Our family is heartbroken, but we find comfort knowing that he is no longer in any pain or discomfort,” his owners added in a heartfelt Facebook post announcing the news.
“We know that Buddy was the first to greet him on the other side of that rainbow bridge.”

More than 30,000 people have left messages of condolence on the sad Facebook post with more than 50,000 shares.
His owners said since they brought Boo home in 2006 a special friendship began. Over the years they had received countless stories from people sharing how Boo had brightened their days and helped them through some difficult times.
No training necessary
“Boo brought joy to people all over the world. Boo is the happiest dog I’ve ever met. He was so easy going that we never had to bother with training,” his owners added.
“He made the manliest of men squeal with delight over his cuteness and made everyone laugh with his quirky, tail wagging personality.”
