It’s always incredible to watch nature at play, and sometimes there are amazing wildlife sights going on in your own backyard.
That’s what one woman realized when she looked outside and saw two wild animals playing together, like a real-life Disney movie.
For the past month or so, Cheryl Ward and her family have been visited by a wild fox who appears in their backyard.
But recently, the fox arrived with a friend: a skunk!
The two animals ran around chasing each other, like two best friends playing tag.
“We watched these two for over an hour they played all over our back yard,” Cheryl wrote on Facebook.
She posted the video on Facebook, where it went viral with over 2.5 million views.
Many people were delighted by the video, comparing it to something from Bambi. But others had a darker interpretation, and worried the fox might be actually trying to hunt the skunk.
However, Cheryl, after observing them for a while, insists that this was a genuine friendship—she says the two continued playing even as they ran off into the woods, and the skunk never sprayed as it would to ward off a predator.
